Description:  The purpose of CREATE is to foster a broad range of improvements in the Cambridge Springs, Pennsylvania area through revitalization efforts including, but not limited to:

• Development of vacant/brown space to enable business growth in the area.
• Historical preservation and embracing the French Creek Waterway
• Advancement of the Arts
