The Art of Breathing workshop will be an exploration of breathwork (pranayama). We will deepen our understanding of each phase of breathing – how it affects the body and why. We will practice various techniques that serve different purposes, and incorporate them with gentle movement. Students will experience the mental, physical, and emotional health benefits of breath control and how it contributes to the mind-body connection.
