Join Hikyoga and Yoga Spot Meadville teacher Kate Costanzo for a Hikyoga adventure at Pymatuning State Park on Tuesday, May 17 at 6:30pm.
This includes a hike at Pymatuning State Park and an all-levels yoga practice that will ground your senses and get the body moving and connected… mind, body, spirit!
What to expect: Ackerman Trail is just over a 1 mile out and back trail and is rated as easy. We will warm up with a yoga stretch, hike, and stop along the trail for some balancing poses, meditation, and a standing yoga sequence.
Things you will need: water, sunglasses, comfortable clothing and good hiking shoes. Yoga mat is not needed.
Check-in will begin at 6:15pm and we will promptly begin at 6:30pm.
Parking is available at Carried Away Outfitters 4220 East Lake Road, Jamestown PA.
