Juniper Village at Meadville's Thurston Classic Meet & Greet Event!

Join us in the Allegheny Ballroom at Juniper Village at Meadville for our Thurston Classic Meet & Greet Event! 

Ballooning has a very long history in Meadville. The Thurston’s were a Meadville family who were involved with ballooning in the 19th and early 20th centuries. 

Since 1988 the Thurston Class has brought beautiful balloons to the brilliant skies over Meadville. Thanks to an army of of volunteers and local community and business support, the balloons will take to the skies again in 2025! We invite you to join us for a luncheon and to meet some of the wonderful balloonists that keep the tradition alive!
