Join Juniper Village at Meadville for a Fun-Filled Grandparents Day Celebration for a Heart-Healthy Cause!

You’re invited to celebrate Grandparents Day with us at Juniper Village at Meadville, located at 455 Chestnut Street, Meadville, PA, 16335, on September 8 at 2:00 PM. This special event is dedicated to raising money for the American Heart Association.

Bring your grandparent or “adopt” one of ours for the day—it’s all about community and connection. To sign up online, simply scan the QR code. If you’re interested in “adopting” a grandparent, please contact Juniper by September 1.

Refreshments and light snacks will be available for all participants. Whether you’re walking alongside a “grandparent” or cheering from the sidelines, your support helps us reach our goal of $2,000 for a great cause!
