Fall Equinox - 108 Sun Salutations

The fall equinox offers a time to turn within and ground before the onset of winter. Join us as we celebrate the equinox and welcome a new season by flowing through 108 sun salutations on Thursday evening. This warming and awakening meditative movement practice will invigorate the mind, body, and spirit.

This practice is open to all levels and can be modified to fit your personal practice. You can do 1 sun salutation, 108 sun salutations, or any number in between. All are welcome!

Drop-In for $12 or use a class pass or your unlimited membership to attend.
